Pro Med, LLC is seeking a Nurse Supervisor for the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) to lead night shift operations. The role oversees patient care delivery, staff coordination, and adherence to nursing standards in a 27-bed CICU.

The Supervisor will work under the guidance of the Nurse Manager, ensuring high-quality, efficient care while maintaining compliance with ANA standards of nursing administration.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• California RN license required upon hire
• BLS - American Heart Association
• One professional certification in related area
• Two years recent clinical experience in CICU or related area

Shift: Night Schedule: Full time The Supervisor of Nursing - CICU is a full-time position that will work night shifts. The Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) is 27 bed cardiac and medical critical care unit. We specialize in pre and post-operative cardiac, cardiomyopathy patients requiring mechanical circulatory support, as well as heart failure and post-MI cardiology patient, IABP, Swan-Ganz, CRRT, TTM, DKA, Pacemakers, Severe Sepsis, and Respiratory Failure. Under the direction of the nurse manager, Director, or Executive Director, the Charge Nurse/Nursing Supervisor provides an optimal environment and assists in overseeing and directing unit activities and personnel in order to ensure high quality patient care. Plans, organizes, controls and coordinates the department activities ensuring high quality patient care and efficient, cost-effective service. Adheres to the ANA Nursing Administration: Scope and Standards of Practice.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Nursing
• Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Upon hire: one professional certification in related area
• 2 years Recent clinical experience in specialty area
• Charge Nurse/Relief Charge Nurse experience
