- BSN required and RN licensed in Texas.
- Minimum 2 years work in a clinical specialty.
- Ability to coordinate unit-based education and orientation.
Responsibilities
- Provides orientation, ongoing education and skills training for staff.
- Delivers real-time input and just-in-time education on clinical practice.
- Acts as clinical expert and role model in nursing processes and evidence-based practice.
- Facilitates competency development for preceptors and residents.
- Collaborates with unit leadership on competencies and needs assessment.
- Conducts educational programs and biweekly staffing on the unit.
