Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of clinical/nursing experience.
• Teaching experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and orientation program development, coordination, and evaluation for clinical staff.
• Manage and evaluate competency programs for clinical personnel.
• Design and evaluate educational activities addressing identified practice gaps.
