Job summary

Integer Holdings is seeking an engineer to conduct research and development projects related to cardiovascular medical devices. You will investigate and resolve technical problems affecting product performance and coordinate with manufacturing engineering, tooling, and manufacturing.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, 0-3 years of experience, and strong written and oral communication; you will contribute independently and with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 0-3 years of experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, problem solving, mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including QMS, FDA regulations and company policies.
• Independently evaluates, selects, and applies standard engineering techniques and criteria.
• Performs work involving conventional plans, investigations, surveys, structures, or equipment.
• Applies standard practices and adjusts data as needed.
• Recognizes discrepancies in results and follows through on processes.
• Reviews test procedures, conducts failure analysis and inspection.
• Investigates, develops and implements new designs and process technologies of moderate scope.
• Performs other duties as required.
