Job summary

Quest is seeking a Clinical Specialist to lead clinical evaluations and trials while assisting the Territory Sales Manager in selling, promoting, and managing strategic accounts in the defined geographic territory.

The role focuses on data collection, analysis, and presenting findings at professional meetings and education programs. Will require travel and collaboration with R&D and sales teams to meet annual goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent medical device experience.
• CCP certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years medical device experience and clinical support of mechanical circulatory systems.
• Solid understanding of the functional area and applicable business concepts.
• Travel up to ~70% and manage territory objectives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key business partner to Quest clients in the field and respond to customer needs and complaints.
• Coordinate clinical evaluations and trials.
• Collect, analyze and present data.
• Present at professional meetings, residency and fellowship programs, and perfusion schools.
• Act as a clinical liaison to the R&D team.
• Attend industry tradeshows.
• Support Territory Sales Manager with meetings to drive revenue and growth.
• Forecast quarterly and monthly sales figures and reports to aid account planning.
• Identify physician and hospital personnel needs to address product usage and cases.
• Educate customers on clinical usage of products to secure purchasing commitments.
