Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of EKG and Phlebotomy courses and initial clinical competency upon hire/transfer.
• BLS healthcare provider training required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care and activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, eating).
• Keep patient rooms stocked, cleaned, and orderly.
• Obtain vital signs (height, weight, glucose, I&O).
• Perform EKG and phlebotomy as delegated by RN.
