Job summary

Mount Carmel Health System, part of Trinity Health, is seeking a Multi-Skilled Technician in Columbus, OH. You will assist with daily patient care under RN supervision, perform EKG and phlebotomy as delegated, and ensure accurate documentation in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The role requires a high school diploma, completion of EKG/Phlebotomy, BLS, and prior patient-care or health-field experience. Benefits include day-one coverage, tuition assistance, and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of EKG and Phlebotomy courses and initial clinical competency course upon hire or transfer
• Completion and maintenance of BLS healthcare provider training

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care and activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and eating.
• Keep assigned patient rooms stocked, cleaned, and orderly.
• Obtain vital signs, including height, weight, blood glucose, and I&O.
• Perform EKG and phlebotomy as delegated by Staff RN.
• Document patient data accurately and completely.
• All other duties as assigned.
