Job summary

Cardiovascular Associates of America in Florida is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our cardiology team. The APP will provide evaluation, management, and ongoing care for patients with a broad range of cardiovascular conditions in both inpatient rounds and outpatient clinics.

The ideal candidate is licensed or eligible in Florida as NP or PA, holds current national board certification, and can obtain state licensure with prescriptive authority.

Responsibilities

• Order and review laboratory studies, cardiac imaging, and diagnostic testing
• Review and interpret ECGs, ambulatory monitors, and other cardiovascular studies

• Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, medications, procedures, and lifestyle modifications

Position Overview

A growing, physician-led cardiovascular practice is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its cardiology team. This opportunity offers a combination of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, allowing the incoming APP to participate in the evaluation, treatment, and ongoing management of patients with a broad range of cardiovascular conditions. The APP will work closely with cardiologists, fellow advanced practice providers, nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
