Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Cardiovascular Advanced Care team on a 0.75 FTE basis with rotating day/night 12-hour shifts. The RN will manage patient care in collaboration with patients, families and the care team.

Qualified candidates hold an associate, bachelor’s, or master's degree in Nursing with a Minnesota RN license and BLS. BSN preferred; 1+ year acute care RN experience is favored.

Qualifications

• Completion of an associate, baccalaureate, or master’s degree program in Nursing.
• BSN preferred and generally expected that BSN is obtained within 2 years of hire.
• Minnesota Registered Nurse License.
• BLS provider status per American Heart Association guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manages episode of patient care in partnership with patients, care givers, and other providers.
• Coordinate and supervise care by Nursing Assistants and unlicensed personnel.
• Provide or coordinate care for cardiovascular patients in an acute care setting.
