Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Heart Hospital in Oklahoma is seeking a cardiothoracic and transplant surgeon to step into a key leadership role within our high-acuity cardiovascular program. This unique opportunity supports the state’s only heart and lung transplant program and our Top 10 LVAD program.

The role combines clinical care with program leadership, quality improvement, and strategic growth of transplant and MCS services.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
• Fellowship training in heart and/or lung transplantation and MCS preferred.
• Experience in advanced heart failure surgery, transplant, LVAD, ECMO, and complex cardiothoracic care.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical care in adult cardiac, thoracic, transplant, and mechanical circulatory support.
• Serve as a clinical leader within the transplant and MCS programs, partnering with hospital leadership and multidisciplinary teams.
• Advance program development, quality initiatives, and innovation across heart and lung transplant, LVAD, ECMO, and complex cardiothoracic surgery.
• Participate in call coverage in a shared, team-oriented model.
