Saint Luke's Hospital - Plaza in Kansas City is seeking a Full-Time Surgical Technologist for the Cardiothoracic Operating Room. The role requires scrubbing cardiovascular procedures including open heart surgeries and potential heart organ retrieval, with travel as needed.

You will support the surgical team, work under pressure, and adapt to changing schedules, including on-call requirements with a 30-minute response time. 2 years of experience and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a surgical technologist.
• BLS certification required (AHA or Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Assist with open heart, thoracic and vascular procedures.
• Scrub cardiovascular surgeries including heart organ retrieval.
• Travel with CV surgeon to perform cardiac organ retrieval.
