AMN Healthcare is seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgery NP or PA for an OR-focused role in Johnson City, TN, supporting high-acuity cardiac surgery with shared CVICU coverage.

The position offers a 4-day workweek, paid call, Epic EMR, teaching opportunities, and a growing TAVR program.

Qualifications

• NCCPA-certified Physician Assistant.
• Graduate of an accredited PA program.
• Prior Cardiothoracic Surgery PA experience required.
• New York license or eligibility.
• Five years of CTS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support high-acuity cardiac surgery service in the OR with CVICU coverage.
• Collaborate with CCU/ICU teams and other APCs.
• Participate in a range of CABG procedures including on-pump/off-pump/hybrid/MICS.
• Teaching opportunities available.

Cardiothoracic Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP) Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: $165,500.00 - $240,000.00

Join a growing Cardiothoracic Surgery program seeking an experienced Physician Assistant with femoral vein harvesting experience (radial harvesting preferred). This is an OR-focused position supporting a high-acuity cardiac surgery service line with additional CVICU coverage alongside dedicated critical care APPs.

Experience with

• femoral vein harvesting required
• radial harvesting and robotic surgery experience preferred
• OR-focused role with shared CVICU responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• $165,500–$240,000 base salary
