Role Overview

Experienced Advanced Practitioner required for a thriving CT Surgery program. The position assists surgeons (S) in the operating room with cardiac and thoracic surgeries, conducts inpatient rounding, and maintains an outpatient clinic operating Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons during cardiac and thoracic surgeries in the operating room.
• Perform inpatient rounding duties.
• Provide care in the outpatient clinic Monday‑Friday.

Schedule & Call Coverage

• One weekend call per month, with 1:4 call coverage.
• Rotating weeks of OR coverage, inpatient rounding, and clinic time for practice variability.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting compensation range: $160,000 – $170,000.
