Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year cardiothoracic stepdown or related acute care experience.
• Active RN license (Florida licensure required or eligibility prior to start).
• BLS/ACLS (as required by facility).

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for cardiothoracic stepdown/post-operative cardiac patients.
• Monitor, assess, and document complex patient conditions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and post-op interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Support mentoring and development of Assistant Nurse Managers (ANMs).
