Lee Health's HealthPark Medical Center in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiothoracic Stepdown Unit. You will deliver safe patient care using the nursing process and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

This full-time role offers a minimum to midpoint hourly pay of $30.27–$40.86, plus a $7,000 relocation incentive and an $1,800 monthly housing stipend for three months.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required; Associates or Bachelors preferred.
• Proof of Florida nursing license and current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in a clinical setting; competency assessment may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care using assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery.
• Document nursing care according to standards and regulatory requirements.
