Job summary

Lee Health in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiopulmonary Progressive Care Unit (6W). This full-time position offers night shifts (7:00pm–7:30am) and expects delivery of safe patient care with thorough nursing documentation.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associates or Bachelors preferred), Florida licensure, and current BLS. A relocation bonus of $7,000 and an $1,800 monthly housing stipend for 3 months are offered to eligible

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required; Associates or Bachelors preferred.
Experience required; competency assessment to be completed.
Proof of American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS, current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date.
Currently licensed in the State of Florida.
Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

Responsible for safe delivery and documentation of patient care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
Collaborates with other disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and outcomes.
