Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• NJ RN License.
• CNOR Certification.
• CRNFA Certification from the National Board of Perioperative Nursing.
• American Heart BLS.
• ACLS Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists the supervising surgeon in the management of patients in cardiothoracic cases.
• Provides first and second assist in operating room cases.
• Performs endoscopic saphenous vein harvest assistance and collaborates with the surgeon to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care during hospitalization.
• Assess and implement physician-driven preoperative and postoperative patient management.
• Function as a Registered Nurse in perioperative settings.
