Job summary

JPS Health Network seeks an Advanced Practice Provider for Cardiothoracic Surgery in Fort Worth, Texas. This PRN role involves collaborating with surgeons, providing operative care, and managing cardiothoracic patients both inpatient and outpatient.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of cardiothoracic surgery experience and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Competitive salary and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program OR Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) with RNFA certification.
• Current unrestricted licensure to practice as required by the State of Texas.
• 5+ years of cardiothoracic surgery or advanced practice provider experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Cardiothoracic Surgeons to optimize patient care.
• Provides operating room coverage including first assist.
• Performs ICU rounding and floor rounding.

Education
