AMN Healthcare in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Cardiothoracic ICU Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for locum tenens coverage. Start ASAP with 12-hour shifts (6:30a-6:30p or 6:30p-6:30a) in an inpatient cardiothoracic ICU.

Candidates must be board certified, hold BLS and ACLS, and have an active New York license. Experience with chest tube management, ECMO, LVAD is a plus. Credentialing typically takes 30–60 days; SCM EMR used.

This facility is seeking a Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and Requirements

• Schedule: 6:30a-6:30p or 6:30p-6:30a
• Practice Setting: Inpatient
• Types of Cases: Chest tube, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO). Left ventricular assist device (LVAD) experience is a plus.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): SCM
• Certifications Required: Must be Board Certified; Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Licensure Required: Must have an active New York license
