Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Critical Care Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for locum tenens support in Georgia. Shifts include day and night coverage, 6a-6p or 7p-7a, in a Short Term Acute Hospital ICU setting. Candidates must be board certified with an active Georgia license and BLS/ACLS.

EMR experience with Cerner and Allscripts is required. AMN Healthcare offers malpractice insurance, competitive pay, and dedicated travel and lodging support for contractor providers.

Qualifications

• Board certification required.
• Active Georgia state license.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• Experience in ICU/critical care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICU-level care as NP/PA in 6a-6p or 7p-7a shifts.
• Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and care plans in CCU/ICU.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.

This facility is seeking a Critical Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Day and night shifts, 6a-6p or 7p-7a.
• Practice Setting: Short Term Acute Hospital
• Types of Cases: Standard Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
• Electronic Medical Record: Cerner and All Scripts
• Must be Board Certified
• Must have an active Georgia state license, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
