Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Stoughton is seeking a Cardiopulmonary Manager to direct and supervise the Respiratory Therapy Department, while ensuring high-quality patient care. The role oversees ancillary services such as laboratory and radiology as needed by the hospital’s structure.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of cardiopulmonary experience, supervisory background, and possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory therapy with active RRT, BLS, and ACLS credentials.

Qualifications

• Education and Training: Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory (BSRC or BSRT) preferred and may be required if the hospital operates a blood gas laboratory.
• Current RRT registry required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as appropriate, while directing and supervising the Respiratory Therapy Department.
• Oversight of ancillary services departments, to include laboratory and radiology, dependent upon hospital need and structure.
