Qualifications

• Five or more years of critical care Respiratory Therapy experience with management exposure.
• Must communicate with all levels of healthcare professionals.
• Strong leadership with adherence to Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
• Clinical expertise across all areas serviced by Cardiopulmonary Department.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all cardiopulmonary services, including respiratory therapy, pulmonary function testing, and cardiac diagnostics.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, staff supervision, budgeting, and high-quality patient care.
• Manage day-to-day operations and financial results of the department.
• Create and monitor annual budgets, equipment purchases, and productivity goals.
