Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Clinical Workflow Lead to own end-to-end invasive and non-invasive cardiology workflows, structured reporting, and cardiology informatics alignment across enterprise health systems.

This role offers remote flexibility with potential hybrid or fully remote arrangements, periodic travel for key meetings and projects, and close collaboration with cardiologists, clinical leads, enterprise architects, and vendors to ensure tools meet specialty

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or technical discipline with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in cardiology imaging implementation and enterprise healthcare informatics within hospital or regional health networks.
• Demonstrated expertise in echocardiography, catheterization lab, and vascular clinical workflows.
• Track record implementing cardiology structured reporting frameworks and integrating ECG/waveform data platforms.
• Familiarity with enterprise cardiology vendors and platform applications (Siemens, Philips, GE, AGFA, or similar).
• Experience collaborating with cardiologist stakeholders and clinical department heads.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational deployment and workflow optimization of invasive and non-invasive cardiology imaging workflows.
• Direct the implementation of cardiology structured reporting tools and ECG/waveform data integration.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and clinical teams to ensure tools meet clinical requirements.
• Partner with enterprise architects to align cardiology workflows with system architecture and evaluate tooling options.
• Guide integration of enterprise cardiology tools from major vendors into broader clinical platforms.
• Support site readiness, transition planning, and cutover activities with deployment leadership.
