Position: Cardiology Technician Assistant

Our Cardiology department collaborates with multiple specialties across the hospital. You will have the opportunity to continuously expand your knowledge and skill set in advanced cardiology procedures.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Assist veterinary technicians in ensuring patients receive quality care.
  2. Ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
  3. Assist with oversight and care of stable patients.
  4. Assist Veterinary Technicians with patient restraint.
  5. Manage the restocking of supplies for clinical teams.
  6. Maintain clean treatment areas and manage laundry needs of the department.
Who You Are:
  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Excellent client service skills and phone etiquette.
  3. Ability to multi-task, self-motivated, and strong attention to detail.
  4. Work successfully as a team member and autonomously.
  5. Sense of urgency and critical thinking skills.
  6. Effective patient restraint.
  7. Flexibility with work hours and ability to work additional hours when necessary.
  8. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Prior veterinary experience required.
