Job summary

Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a part-time registered nurse for Nursing Med Surg: 7 Reynolds Cardiology. Schedule is 24 hours per week with a pay range of $34.90 to $52.35 per hour. Benefits eligible.

The RN will engage in governance, use the nursing process, monitor patients, administer medications, and document in the EHR. May float to other units as needed; BLS required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with multi-state or single-state privileges.
• BLS certification required; knowledge of ANA ethics and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care using the nursing process.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols.
• Engage patients and families from admission to post‑discharge.
• Document accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
• Float to other units as needed to meet patient care needs.
