Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking a Registered Nurse for 35.1 hours per week in Winston-Salem, NC. The role supports Nursing Med Surg with a dayshift schedule and requires strong clinical judgment and collaborative care.

The RN will use the nursing process, document in the EHR, and work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care. BLS and active RN license are required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• RN license with privileges to practice where the client is located.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be required by specialty.

Responsabilités

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units within the service area as needed.
