Job Summary:

Monitors telemetry patients, ensuring telemetry is applied correctly.

Education:

Certifications and Licenses:

Prior clinical hospital experience required or successful completion of an approved EKG class.

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Operates cardiovascular diagnostic/therapeutic equipment, interprets cardiac rhythms, responds to alarms, adheres to protocols, educates staff and patients, reports results, collaborates with healthcare team, upholds professionalism, and performs other duties as assigned.
