Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must currently be in a XXX title (will vary by entity and will be included in each job description).
• Excellent performance history in current job.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; may be a combination of prior and current work experience. Must be in current role a minimum of 6 months to be considered for this role.
• Patient care experience required through CNA/MA/EMT/PCT or enrolled nursing student with at least one clinical rotation. Completion of BIDMC in-house training program or related programs.
• Basic familiarity with computers; ability to navigate basic web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a role model, mentor and resource. Collaborates with support team. Provides training and shares knowledge.
• Supports the work of others. Provides input into performance evaluations and participates in hiring/onboarding.
• Solicits feedback and ideas to improve processes and outcomes. Recommends resource usage improvements.
• Monitors equipment and coordinates with management/clinical engineering for inspections and repairs.
• Assists with scheduling, technology usage, and input into process improvement efforts.
