Job summary

Impresiv Health seeks an experienced Cardiology Services Manager to oversee daily operations of a hospital-based cardiology services department. This role leads clinical operations, supervises technical staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and implements quality and operational improvements across a comprehensive range of cardiac diagnostic services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science or health-related field is required.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible cardiac care experience in inpatient or outpatient settings.
• Minimum of three years of lead-level experience in a hospital or clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Cardiology Services Department, including outpatient and hospital-based imaging and diagnostic services.
• Oversee echocardiography, EKG, TEE, stress echocardiography, and related cardiac testing services.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and professional development.
• Develop and implement departmental policies, quality initiatives, and operational improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Joint Commission and state requirements.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and budgeting for the department.
• Support staffing, resource planning, and interdepartmental collaboration for safe patient care.
