Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science or health-related field required.
• Five years of progressively responsible cardiac care experience in inpatient or outpatient settings.
• Three years of lead-level experience required.
• Certifications in cardiac imaging and basic life support mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Cardiology Services Department in a hospital setting.
• Manage echocardiography, EKG, TEE, stress tests and related cardiac diagnostic services.
• Supervise staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and professional development.
• Develop departmental policies and quality initiatives; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and technology upgrades; support budgeting and staffing.
