You will work with Medical Directors and senior leadership to expand the center’s cardiology market share, develop performance dashboards, and drive evidence-based patient care in a complex health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Nursing or Health Care Administration.
• Minimum of five years leadership/management experience in healthcare.
• Master’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration or Nursing Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads Cardiology Services operations to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Develops department goals, forecasts, budgets and staffing needs.
• Directs preparation and maintenance of department reports for executive leadership.
• Collaborates with Medical Directors and VP to expand Cardiology market share.
