McLaren Flint seeks a Cardiology Services Director to lead operations across Cardiology departments, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with system goals. The role emphasizes budgeting, staffing, strategic planning, and cross‑functional collaboration with clinical and executive teams.
You will work with Medical Directors and senior leadership to expand the center’s cardiology market share, develop performance dashboards, and drive evidence-based patient care in a complex health system.

Responsible for McLaren Flint’s Cardiology Services operations; maintaining and monitoring quality, patient satisfaction, annual business planning (including budgeting, staffing, marketing and new business development), facilitation of physician integration and or affiliation, operational efficiencies and coordination of interactions with other clinical service areas. Ensures that all Cardiology Services operations are functional and provide patient care in the most appropriate, efficient and effective manner. Establishes goals and identifies benchmarks for outcomes evaluation to produce a “gold standard” cardiology program. These departments and services include Cardio Vascular Care Unit, Cardiac Cath Lab, EKG, Cardiac Non-Invasive, Heart And Vascular Administration, and Heart and Vascular Research.
