Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to maximize quality, growth, efficiency, cost effectiveness, patient experience, care retention and service differentiation.
• Lead triad with Cardiac Director and Practice Administrator for service line integration.
• Improve cardiology services through policies, processes, and system-wide initiatives.
• Manage operating expenses and productivity to drive financial performance in cardiology.
• Ensure exceptional patient care experience and optimal patient access.
• Lead, motivate, and develop clinical staff and promote leadership development.
• Collaborate to achieve clinical quality goals and educate hospital staff.
• Maintain relationships with medical staff, administration, and external partners.
