Job summary

Exeter, NH-based CORE Physicians, a Beth Israel Lahey Health affiliate, seeks a full-time Cardiology Service Line Lead/General Cardiologist to lead the cardiology program at Exeter Hospital. The role combines triad leadership with clinical practice: 0.25 FTE service line leadership and 0.75 FTE general cardiology, reporting to the Associate CMO, with board-certification required and NH license.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with unrestricted NH license and current DEA certificate.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in cardiology.
• Proven leadership skills in cardiology.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cardiology Service Line and Exeter Hospital Cardiology.
• Develop strategies to improve quality, growth, efficiency and patient experience.
• Manage operating expenses and productivity in cardiology.
• Collaborate with Exeter Hospital Cardiac Director and Core Practice Administrator.
• Maintain clinical duties as General Cardiologist (0.75 FTE).
• Mentor and develop staff, promote teamwork and continuous improvement.
