CORE Physicians in Exeter, NH is seeking a full-time Cardiology Service Line Lead / General Cardiologist. The role combines leadership of the cardiology service line with practicing general cardiology, in a triad leadership structure with the Exeter Hospital Cardiac Director and Core Practice Administrator.

The Service Line Lead portion is 0.25 FTE; remaining 0.75 FTE is clinical general cardiology. Location is Exeter, NH, with a day shift schedule and call 1:4 as needed.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with unrestricted NH medical license and DEA certification.
• Board-certified or eligible cardiologist.
• Proven leadership skills in cardiology.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to optimize the cardiology service line in coordination with hospital leadership and Core Physicians.
• Ensure timely, high-quality cardiology services and implement policies to improve care quality.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives with triad partners and cardiac directors.
• Manage operating expenses and capital needs in partnership with Practice Administrator and Cardiology Director.
• Promote exceptional patient care experiences and staff engagement across the service line.
