Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a fulltime Cardiologist to join our growing Cardiology practice as a Cardiology Service Line Lead and Exeter Hospital Cardiology Medical Director. Location: Exeter, NH within CORE Physicians.

The role blends leadership and practicing cardiology, with a 0.25 FTE service line leadership and 0.75 FTE clinical duties. Requirements include MD/DO with NH license and DEA, plus demonstrated leadership in Cardiology.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with unrestricted medical license to practice in NH.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in Cardiology.
• Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Cardiology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop aligned strategies to maximize quality, growth, efficiency, and patient experience in the cardiology service line.
• Lead and integrate the cardiology service line with Exeter Hospital and Core Physicians.
• Improve service delivery, policies, and physician engagement.
• Manage operating expenses and productivity to support financial performance.
• Ensure exceptional patient care by focusing on patient experience and staff empowerment.
• Promote teamwork, development of staff, and leadership presence in the clinic.
• Collaborate to meet clinical quality goals and care integration.
