OhioHealth Corporation in Riverside, OH seeks a Rounding Registered Nurse in Heart & Vascular for 36 hours weekly on three 12-hour shifts (5:00am–5:00pm). The role supports Cardiac Imaging, EP, and Interventional Cardiology, with cross-training and on-call weekends/holidays.

Join a collaborative team rounding on hospitalized patients transitioning to outpatient care. Responsibilities include rounds, orders, discharge planning, and lab follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree (Required).
• Current RN license in the State of Ohio.
• BLS Certification - American Heart Association.

Responsabilités

• Obtains and maintains an accurate patient census; collaborates with providers to ensure patients are seen.
• Supports and assists rounding process under physician supervision.
• Obtains and reviews medical records, labs, and data for rounding providers; retrieves outside records if needed.
• Assists with discharge process and scheduling testing and follow-up as needed.
• May function as a scribe per hospital by-laws as directed by the physician.
• Serves as triage RN with incoming calls and directs patients as needed.
