Job summary

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited school.
• RN license valid in the state.
• CPR and ACLS certifications.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Prior acute care or NICU experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop care plans.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for care delivery.
• Evaluate care quality and outcomes.
• Participate in hourly rounding and patient monitoring.
• May serve as shift supervisor or in charge when needed.
• Ensure adherence to medical and nursing orders.
