Qualifications

• Acts as liaison between cardiothoracic physicians, nurses, patients, families and other disciplines.
• Educates patients and families on continuity of care, procedures and medications.
• Provides clinical in-basket oversight and coverage via Epic.
• Completes prior authorizations, FMLA and disability paperwork.
