Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to care for a defined patient population, delivering direct patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.

The RN will coordinate with physicians and support staff to ensure high-quality outcomes and seamless care delivery. Preferred candidates hold an Associate degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma, with BSN in progress or planned within three years, and a current RN license.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three years of hire.
• Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work at the assigned HMH location; BLS/CPR certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Registered Nurse functions as caregiver for a specific patient population to achieve outcomes; coordinates patient care/unit activities with nursing peers, physicians and support services.
