Qualifications

• RN must hold a valid nursing license (MN/ WI as applicable).
• BLS required; ACLS/ALS per department standards may be required.
• Nurse with 2–5 years RN experience in relevant clinical area preferred or as specified for internal/external applicants.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Coordinate care and supervise nursing staff within assigned unit.
• Participate in program development, research, and quality initiatives.
• Adhere to evidence-based practice and regulatory guidelines.
