Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational nursing degree.
• 1–2 years RN experience, cardiac/telemetry or critical care preferred.
• MN RN license (or WI license if working in WI) on hire.
• ACLS or ALS certification on hire; Allina ACLS training within 60 days.

• Assess patient and family needs and plan care.
• Coordinate and delegate to ensure safe, effective care.
• Specialize in cardiovascular patient care and monitor progress.
