Qualifications

• Associates Degree Nursing required.
• Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred.
• Registered Nurse license for Tennessee required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses the physical, psychological, and social needs of the patient and improves the care experience for the patient and family.
• Coordinates care and communication with providers on behalf of the patient.
• Delivers nursing care in a clinical/office setting.
• Maintains documentation of patient data and education, screening, prevention and follow-up.
• Performs clinical nursing procedures within scope and training.
• May perform telephone duties within the RN scope.
• Handles other duties as assigned.
