Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5-8 years of related work experience required, including 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access and other web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in developing and implementing multiple large and smaller complex projects.
• Develops proposals for operational and process improvement projects.
• Ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet strategic and operational needs.
• Creates project work plans with stakeholders, timelines and resources.
• Designs data collection methods and analyses to monitor KPIs and outcomes.
• Reports data to stakeholders and supports business planning decisions.
• Designs communication strategies for project progress and dashboards for performance.
