Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of related work experience in medical/clinical research.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Responsibilities

• Lead participant recruitment and enrollment for multiple prospective cardiovascular MRI studies.
• Identify and screen potential participants using EPIC EMR, clinic schedules, and referrals.
• Obtain informed consent and coordinate enrollment in line with IRB, NIH, FDA, and GCP.
• Coordinate baseline and follow-up visits, imaging, biospecimen collection, and questionnaires.
• Develop tracking systems to ensure timely study visits and participant retention.
• Serve as the primary contact for participants throughout each study.
• Coordinate activities among investigators, MRI technologists, nurses, and research staff.
• Manage study data, including source docs, eCRFs, REDCap, data validation, and QA.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and research databases per regulations.
• Monitor recruitment, retention, imaging completion, and milestones; prepare progress reports.
