Job summary

Endeavor Health in Glenview, IL is seeking a Research Coordinator in Cardiology to support site readiness, feasibility assessments, and protocol development for multiple studies.

You will recruit and coordinate subjects, train medical staff, manage IRB communications, and maintain regulatory documents to ensure compliant study conduct. This full-time role offers daytime hours and a competitive hourly pay range.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years minimum experience as a Research Assistant or Research Coordinator in human subjects research.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sites for conducting the study, including assisting PIs with feasibility assessments.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures.
• Develop study forms, database programs & data collection/entry strategies with applicable staff.
• Train medical assistants and nurses with regard to study protocols.
• Review & prepare correspondence with the Endeavor IRB (initial submission, protocol amendments, adverse events, yearly progress reports, etc)
• Maintain regulatory documents as per sponsor & IRB protocols.
• Screen subjects for eligibility.
• Coordinate & schedule appointments for diagnostic tests & procedures associated with study protocols.
• Responsible for completing & maintaining CRFs & source documentation.
