Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Utilize the Nursing Process to provide comprehensive patient care.
2. Supervise non-RN staff and serve as a valuable resource for ancillary personnel.
3. Adhere to hospital policies, including the Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program.
4. Provide safe and therapeutic care aligned with the hospital's core values.
5. Deliver direct patient care to a designated patient group and serve as their advocate.
