- MBA/MHA required.
- 5–7 years of healthcare operations leadership experience.
- Experience in Cardiology preferred.
- Strong data analytics and KPI reporting to clinicians.
- Proven ability to build market relationships with payers and clinicians.
Responsabilités
- Owns cardiology practices across the Detroit-Metro area.
- Onboards new practices and drives revenue growth.
- Leads hiring with Talent Acquisition and manages staff.
- Oversees revenue cycle management and clinical performance metrics.
- Integrates practices into CardioOne platform and optimizes workflows.
- Develops market programs and partnerships with payers and groups.
- Reports on KPIs and market development activities.
