Cardiovascular Associates of America in Providence, Rhode Island, seeks an Executive Director of Cardiology to lead daily operations, strategy, and administration of a cardiology practice.

The role requires at least 5 years in practice management, a Bachelor's degree, and preferably an MHA/MBA/MPH; strong leadership, financial and regulatory expertise, and a focus on patient care and growth. This is a full-time role with travel to affiliated sites and a commitment to staff development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of practice management experience in specialty services, cardiology preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (MHA/MBA/MPH).

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the cardiology practice and ensure smooth workflow and patient care services.
• Develop and monitor budgets, revenue cycle, billing and collections; analyze KPIs for efficiency and growth.
• Manage staff hiring, training, performance, and scheduling; promote a positive work environment.
• Oversee patient scheduling, registration, and communication to optimize patient flow and satisfaction.
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, and cardiology-specific regulatory compliance; participate in audits.
• Support strategic planning, partnerships, marketing, and community outreach to grow patient volumes.
