Job summary

Frederick Primary Care Associates, P.A. is opening a new cardiology office in the Frederick community and seeks an experienced Cardiology Office Manager to lead the launch and ongoing operations.

They are looking for a hands-on leader who can establish workflows, build a team, and create a culture focused on exceptional patient care, service, and outcomes. The role offers a base salary of $65,000–$75,000 per year, with annual bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of medical office management experience.
• Cardiology office management experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Drive, email, and the internet.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records system(s).
• HIPAA certification.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the cardiology office, ensuring an efficient, organized, and patient-focused environment.
• Establish and maintain office workflows, policies, procedures, and operational standards as the new practice launches and grows.
• Partner closely with cardiologists, advanced practice providers, clinical leadership, and Central Administration to establish goals and expectations for the practice.
• Recruit, interview, select, onboard, and train office staff in collaboration with practice leadership.
• Build and develop a high-performing team with a strong culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional patient service.
